Sunshine & Daisies/Wine Glass Charms – Showcase of the Day

What a fabulous start to my Tuesday!! Thank you Freddie Pig et al for choosing me as Showcase of the Day!

Sunshine & Daisies began to sparkle in 2006 when a miserable wine thief was attending for dinner. To save the rest of us from the usual ‘who’s drink is that?’ shenannigans, I decided a solution needed to be found. I searched high & low for a wine glass charm that would fit my décor & table settings, but to no avail and eventually gave up looking. Not one to be beaten in the sparkle stakes, I bought myself some bits & bobs & set about making my own. My ultimate sparkliness was found in Swarovski Crystal & the rest as they say…….is history!!

Nowadays, I sparkle away in my little studio & have added a whole range of gifts & textiles to the website. All the wine glass charms on the site are sold in sets of 6, so just perfect for dinner parties or to sparkle up your stems of an evening. Lots of my customers come back for an extra set & love that they can mix & match to suit their mood! Everything is shipped in pink tissue wrap too so they make gorgeous gifts & we can now post direct to the recipient with a gift card so the art of giving just got a whole lot easier here!!

I also cover events & have sparkled many a wedding (great favours as well as beautiful table décor!) along with Christenings, Bar Mitzvah’s & Anniversaries to name but a few! In September 2012, I was lucky enough to be asked to sparkle the stems at the London Evening Standards ‘An Audience with BBC Dragon Theo Paphitis’ which was just fabulous!

My range of gifts covers all occasions with Luxury Bookmarks, Jewellery & Mobile Charms along with fabulous quality Tea Towels, Aprons & Fridge Magnets. I also have a range of single wine glass charms with letters & numbers to make a really personal gift or little treat.

In between sparkling, I love to Twitter so drop by & say hello or pop along to my Facebook for wine related fun….Friday evening usually sees a chortle or two on the wall! I have become addicted to Pinterest of late too…..so many pictures & not enough time to pin!!

Thank you once again to Freddie Pig & I look forward to meeting, tweeting & greeting with you all in the near future!

Much Love

Miki xx
